Getting Started and Building Your Plan

The project dashboard provides an overview of your current strategy for commercialization—including launch readiness date and all upcoming activities and scheduled hires for the current quarter. It also illustrates where your team efforts stand today for the next 3 months. Click below to learn more about the dashboard and how Corval informs your plan.

Introduction to the Objectives Roadmap

The Corval strategic planning platform enables biopharma teams to quickly create a customized multi-year roadmap with a companion budget and resource plan. This detailed roadmap of your commercialization objectives and activities adapts to information as you enter it into the platform.

On the objectives roadmap page, you'll find all your commercialization objectives laid out on a map, organized by year and by Corval’s eight planning categories. Corval places objectives on your map based on the timing of your milestones. You can move and adjust milestones and objectives as information evolves. See how in the video below.

Introduction to the Activity Roadmap

You can also view your commercialization plan through the activities roadmap. Similar to the objectives roadmap, your plan is laid out across the total timeframe by year and quarter. You can click on each tile to view a Gantt chart displaying each task required for completion. If you need to look in more detail, a dropdown menu is available on the left so you can see it year by year. Click below to learn more.
